  • 18 month breakage and water damage program offers rapid replacements for each unit that is covered. If the phone breaks 18 times in the coverage period, you get 18 replacements!!
  • Plans start at only $79 and have a ZERO $ deductible. (iCloud/Google lock coverage may have a deductible)

The return label will be sent to the emails provided on step 6. Please use that label to return the defective device. You're all done!

If you have any other issues filing a claim please reach out to vanessa@leopardmobility.com

Please be advised the replacement color will vary depending on availability. Additionally, the replacement will not include the original box or accessories. Therefore, we ask that you keep the original box and accessories at your store. Use the box the replacement comes in or a box of your preference, and the shipping label provided when you file the claim to return the defective device to Leopard Mobility.

**It is best practice to get the IMEI number directly from the phone in the "Settings"/"About" screen whenever possible when filing a claim. Establishing this as a best practice will eliminate many unnecessary accounting errors.
